I Honestly Can't Believe How One Simple Change To My Morning Routine Could Change My LIFE Like This...

This Is OLD ME

I never thought I'd share much but I was so excited today when the scale read 128.7 LBS.

I finally got below 130 lbs for probably close to 15 year if not longer, by just drinking an odd "ICE" water ?

I topped out 215 lbs about two months ago. I finally decided TO DO SOMETHING... But, It's SO HARD to loss weight.

I have only lost 2 lbs in the 3 weeks eating healthy and walking 4 miles a day... I felt so FRSTRATED and thought. "this isn't working for me" UNTIL...

My best friend, "MARY" told me something that made me completely stunned;

"DON'T rely on exercises! Metabolism won't be activated until body temperature is normalized..."

That can normalize body temperature in our bodies to burn away more calories than 10 marathons combined...

This Is New ME

One month Later...


I am no longer the "OLD ME" I started to notice I felt DIFFERENT. so did people around me

I knew getting and staying healthy was always a choice, I just didn't know how easy it could be.

"JUST BE DRINKING ICE HACK" It's been years since I have felt comfortable enough to look at myself in the mirror with my slim dress on again.

I tried it on today, and it left SO GOOD to look in the mirror!
