- 2 slice - 6" long Bacon
- 4 cracker-size slice Cheddar Cheese
- 4 large Hard Boiled Egg
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
METHOD: How To Make:
STEP1: Prepare your ingredients by frying your bacon, slicing it into eight pieces (two pieces per egg), placing four slices of cheddar on a serving platter (one slice per egg), and boiling four hard-boiled eggs.
STEP2: Sandwich Sandwich 2 egg halves together with 2 pieces of chopped bacon and 1 slice of cheese. Use a toothpick to hold the bits together. Each egg mouthful should have a little amount of salt and pepper on top of it. Enjoy!
