All Ingredients Needed Is: Serving 1

  • 1 cup of water
  • a pinch of cinamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp organic honey [optional]


METHOD:

Take a pan and boil water in it. Next add green tea leaves to the boiling water. Once nicely boiled, strain out the tea in a cup. Quickly, add a pinch of cinnamon to the hot tea and stir well.

Make sure you do not add too much cinnamon. You can also add a few drops of honey if you want your tea to be sweet.
