How To Make Turmaric Tea In Home | Best Easy Way

Turmeric tea is a beneficial and healthful beverage. I prepare this turmeric tea recipe every day for myself. I occasionally drink this tea before going to bed in the evening. It not only revitalises me but also improves my mood.

I've been brewing this tea for a while because I needed to stop drinking turmeric milk due to a little dairy sensitivity.

As a result, I switched from using milk to combining turmeric with water and drinking it every day. Later, I added a couple more spices to the tea and really enjoyed it.

I frequently prepare this turmeric tea recipe using whichever ingredients I choose. Change the additional herbs and spices as you choose, depending on your health and tastes.

This recipe is quick to prepare, vegan, has extra spices like black pepper, dried ginger, and genuine cinnamon, and is sweetened with raw sugar. It also takes less than five minutes to complete (optional)
