HOW TO MAKE THESE 3 INGREDIENTS SMOOTHIE | AND INGREDIENT'S
Milk; You may use any keto milk; I personally like unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
Condensed milk KETO; Just a tiny amount for added richness, sweetness, and thickness. Keto condensed milk Condensed milk without sugar was utilised. Greek yoghurt is an additional option.
Ice CUBES: Without additional carbohydrates or calories, crushed ice offers smoothies thickness and heft.
Strawberries; frozen or fresh strawberries
METHOD HOW TO MAKE!
Combine your milk, condensed milk, and ice in a high-speed blender, and process until the ice has melted. Blend till smooth and creamy, then add the frozen strawberries. Enjoy after pouring into glasses!

NOTE; FOR MAKING BEST KETO SMOOTHIE EVER
Replace the milk with heavy cream to make the smoothie more richer. Add 1/4 cup of your preferred protein powder to this if you'd like to boost the protein content. Add more ice to your smoothies if you want them thicker. Add additional milk to smoothies to make them thinner.
ADD FLOVER AND VARIATIONS SO MAKE IT MORE DELICIOUS
Coconut: Use coconut milk and omit the remaining strawberries in favour of bits of frozen coconut.
Chocolate: Stir in 2–3 tablespoons of cocoa powder without sugar.
Banana: Though not keto friendly, bananas are a traditional smoothie ingredient. Include 1 diced, big frozen banana.
Avocado: Add 1/4 cup of frozen avocado pieces or 1/2 a big avocado.
Spanich: Baby spinach leaves and 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder should be added to the spinach.
STORE NOTE: The strawberry smoothie may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, although fresh strawberries are always ideal. The smoothie will start to separate if you wait any longer.
